While I don't think there's really an actual abundance of
European adaptions, but there is of course FINALLY SUNDAY,
Francois Truffaut's early '80s adaption of THE LONG SATURDAY
NIGHT. This is the best Hitchcock pastiche I've seen, but
then Truffaut sure knew his Hitchcock like few others.
