Some years ago, a lot of them, probably, I read a copy of
Charles Williams' THE BIG BITE that had been reprinted by
Pocket Books. They used the British plates, I guess, since
"tire" was spelled "tyre." There were a few other little
things like that. A bit distracting when reading a novel set
in the Gulf Coast region. Great book, though, no matter how
the words are spelled.
