I know what you mean. I meant that the dialogue shouldn't
contain sermons. Well, okay, I can stand them in Michael
Collins's Dan Fortune books. Maybe it's just that I don't
like MacDonald's political views. But they are a different
point altogether.
I just remembered that I had hard time even with MacDonald's
pulp and digest stories, from "Good Old Stuff". Park Falkner,
the precursor of McGee, was especially irritating.
