under that pseudonym. Westlake's Tucker Coe books are still

hardboiled under the byline of 'Samuel Holt' intending to
keep his authorship secret There were four books in the
series, but when his publisher leaked he was Samuel Holt, he
stopped writing them and supposedly refuses to acknowledge he
