Thank you, Bill Denton, Ash and Paul Duncan for shedding light on the Postman Always Rings Twice puzzle. Looks like there's no definitive answer, but the saying makes sense. Not exactly a common one, though, is it? I saw the movie a long ago time ago. Time to rent it.
