Last night, I screened the Bob Rafelson film "Blood and
Wine", starring Jack Nicholson and Jennifer Lopez. Very noir,
but didn't seem to add up to much. Nicholson seemed to phone
in his part (too common in the last few years), but Michael
Caine was good in a role leagues away from his usual witty
urbane persona. He was obviously having a lot of fun.
Anyone else have a take on this?
