Jim Sinclair asked about Larry Brown. He's one of my
favourite authors, very evocative and harsh, and I've read
all his books except FAY. But for some reason I would not
have classified him as crime, even though crims and cops
populate his novels. Why not? Maybe because the sensibility
on the pages is clearly lit, if that word "sensibility" has
any meaning.
