Exactly right. Two writers of brilliant paperback originals
who didn't get their due until they passed on. And both were
like the little girl with the curl on her forehead: when they
were good they were very good and when they were bad they
were horrid.
Of the two, I would rate Dick as the more important and
influential writer, and the one whose reputation is most
likely to continue to grow.
