Regardless of what the exact law is, I can't imagine there
would be any repercussions from using a film in the
classroom. Someone would have to file a complaint and it sure
would make the film's copyright owner look bad to prosecute
someone using it in an educational environment.
Some places it is still illegal to spit on the sidewalk, you
know, but that is a law that can be pretty safely
ignored.
