Yes, Auden was the person. Cozies are set in England, the
Great Right Place and HB in the Great Wrong Place--wherever
that is. City, small desert town, etc. Think of it as the
moment in the opening scene of any book or film where you
realize this is a dangerous or at least suspicious
place.
