Repeating an earlier recommendation: ON THE YARD, Malcolm
Braly's excellent prison novel, written after his release
from San Quentin. Written while he was still behind bars, and
also very good, given they were subject to prison censorship:
SHAKE HIM TILL HE RATTLES, FELONY TANK and IT'S COLD OUT
THERE, all Gold Medal originals.
