I noticed at the IMDB that David Fincher, director of _Seven_
and _Fight Club_, is listed as directing an adaptation of
Ellroy's _The Black Dahlia_, due in 2000. It might not be
true, or it might not go anywhere, but I bet it'll be good if
it gets made.
