Brown wrote for practically all genres of popular literature,
either novels or short stories. I think he will be mainly
remembered for his short stories, with the best of it being a
mix of absurd, acid black humor, surreal and some
'horror'.
I do not remember of any of his HB writings being strongly SF
orientated or vice versa... but most of my readings of
Brown's work happened long time ago. I maybe forgot some that
could fit as SF under HB influence.
What about other RA followers, any recollection?
On the other hand, he produced some very interesting HB
novels, as most of us here remember.
