Thought it was time to re-read the Carter novel again
following the
interest on this maillist. So, went to the library to order
it. The
librarian looked at me, smiled and said "Not another one?" I
have to join
the queue to get it. Very popular it seems.
Also asked about other Ted Lewis books. There's three
others:-

Jack Carter's Law
Does anybody know anything about these. The last two I assume
are part of
a Carter series. I have read only the one that is known as
Get Carter (
presumably since being reprinted by Allison & Busby) some
years ago but
had not realised it was part of a series.
