RARA-AVIS: collection of Boucher criticisms/reviews

Good news and bad news. The Seattle publisher that announced
release
of a book of Boucher criticisms/reviews in 1994 went out of
business in
1995. However, one of the persons working on the project still
retains
the files. Another writer, Francis M. Nevins, was also on the
project and
maintains a complete collection of Boucher criticisms/reviews
as they
appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle. The problem is that,
so far, no
other publisher has expressed interest in publishing the
collection(s).
So, the project is in a "definite maybe" status right now ...
kinda like
Tom Clancy's screenplay for a "Magnum P.I." movie. There's lots
of gas
for both projects, but each is looking for a vehicle. Knock on
wood.
