Regarding my comment on lady editors usually not going for hard
boiled
stuff. Really, I mean no harm, because everybody has a right to
like what
they like. Just that it's time consuming, submitting work and
getting an
answer, so a writer has to pick out the markets he or she feels
is most
likely to accept their work. And in my experience, most lady
editors enjoy
soft boiled.
