The recent thread on Aarons reminds me about Phillip Atlee, AKA
James
Atlee Phillips spy series. His protagonist remindeds me of a
Travis
McGee gone spy. Anyways, not to make comparisons, but let's not
overlook
this hardboiled international operative. The books are
plentiful, cheap
and found at many 2nd hand places.
