yes montalban is fantastic and has many books published and
many awards in
france and wrote the best book about the definite noir badass
that general
franco was...but don't call montalban a spaniard to his face
because he's
Catalan....and his frame of reference within the spanish
socio-political
context is catalan ...and barcelonian at that...his recipes are
to be made and
cooked anytime ...if one can find all ingredients...but it's
really worth
it...along with his 'wine list'...
