It hasn't, which is too bad. I'd assumed it was in print.

there a Black Lizard edition? Is it gone already? I hope
people
haven't wasted too much time looking.
If people who don't have a copy can't get one at the library
or a used
bookstore, they might want to avoid reading any discussion of
the book
unless they want to have the twist revealed.
