_Tarnished Icons_ is the latest Inspector Rostnikov novel.
This
excellent series has been relegated to paperback original
status for
some reason and won't be generally available in public
libraries, so buy
it if you want to read it (and I recommend the entire
series--even
though it ain't "hard-boiled").
