What O'Hara books would you recommend? The list in the back
of
O'Brien's _Hardboiled America_ has the following by
him:
_A Rage to Live_
_Appointment in Samarra_
_Butterfield 8_
_Hope of Heaven_
_Pal Joey_
_The Farmers Hotel_
I read _Butterfield 8_ and _Pal Joey_ a while back, and I
remember
them as very depressing. I know nothing about the
others.
