The prolific Homes wrote BUILD MY GALLOWS HIGH which became the classic
Bob Mitchum flick OUT OF THE PAST (and the weak AGAINST ALL ODDS). He
also got single script credit on OUT OF THE PAST, even though James M.
Cain and a few others contributed to the screenplay. Homes\Mainwaring
has dozens of film and book credits. Check out IMDb for a taste.
