RARA-AVIS: Hammett introduction

I was browsing the local library and found, in the Hammett's, a
spine
reading "Hammett CREEPS BY NIGHT." Never heard that title
before, it
turned out to be an anthology of horror fiction -- short
stories
published in the early Thirties with an introduction by
Hammett. Neat
six or seven pages on that genre, very revealing. Anyone want
it? I'll
post it to the group on request.
