: I'm looking for suggestions as to what would be the best
way
: to go about researching paperback cover art and blurbs from
the
: period 1945-65.
This one's mentioned on the RARA-AVIS web site:
Server, Lee. _Over My Dead Body: The Sensational Age of the
American
Paperback: 1945-1955_ (San Franciso: Chronicle Books,
1994)
It's quite good, and will probably give you some good leads.
I love
those old covers, and have postcard versions of some of them.

was through with men - but she wasn't through with
love!"
