This Hubin thing seems to be going around and around
interminably.
Actually, $200 is not a lot for a reference tome. Davenport's
art reference
costs about the same and sells thousands year after year. I
guess if you're
in the business the information is worth it.
By the way, for those of you talking about ordinary Joe's
getting involved in
solving murders I can't resist a plug for my book, Tattoo,
out this June by
St. Martin's Press.
It's about a very ordinary surgeon who gets sucked into the
adventure of his
life just by being involved with the wrong woman. And now all
the responses
I'm getting are asking me to keep him going as a series. It's
not just the
author and the publisher, readers seem to get comfortable
with a character
they like.
