RARA-AVIS: American Pulp

_American Pulp_ is published by Carroll & Graf. I'm not
sure of the
official publication date, but a friend told me he'd seen it in
a bookstore
in New York, so I guess it's out now. All I know is I haven't
seen it, but
I'm looking forward to it. Livia has a Lucas Hallam story in it
as well.
